What is the difference between the kinetic and the launcher?
Kinetic refers to the type of projectiles used which are similar to the size of a paint ball and a hard rubber effect . The term launcher refers to the SD and LE units. The SD takes a 8 gram co2 cartridge and the LE takes a 12 gram more powerful co2 cartridge.

No, they come with Eco-kinectic and Kinetic projectiles. Not all states are allowed pepper balls and they are sold seperately.
