Very happy with this stun cane. Great quality. The sound of it when you turn on those electrodes. Is a crackle sound that will send chills over your skin when you hear it. It actually startled me the first time I turn them on. Very good quality. Shipping was also excellent. It came via fedex. I paid for the basic shipping. It only took 3 or 4 days. FOWLERS also sent tracking updates when your package is in transit. As long they have what I need. This is going to be my number one company to order from. No hassles and your CC payment is secure. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Great cane but the batteries seem to go down fast. The rubberized handle gets sticky after a few years but I fixed that with saran wrap.

Can this be used in new york? Just curious because I would like to have something I could defend myself with if need be because I'm in upstate new york an people aren't are only problems lol
Yes, you may also want to look at the Byrna launchers on our site for protection . Lots of people in NY find them a great help

Sorry no they are illegal in Illinois and Wisconsin. You can have it in Wisconsin if you have a concealed carry permit.

Yes. As long as the person does not have a felony conviction for assault, not addicted to narcotics, and you can't give it to a minor.

Pennsylvania:
Stun guns are legal in Pennsylvania. However, the State restricts possession of an “electric capacitation device” the in the same manner it restricts possession of a firearm. 18 Pa. Stat. and Cons. Stat. Ann. § 908.1.
Massachusetts:
Massachusetts classifies a stun gun as a firearm. Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140 § 121. Therefore, it is illegal for any person to possess a firearm who has not obtained a license to carry a firearm. Id. at §§ 129C, 130. Similarly, it is illegal to sell a stun gun to any person under the age of twenty-one nor to any person who is not licensed to carry a firearm. Id. at § 129C (unless the buyer presents a valid firearm identification card and a permit to purchase or presents such permit to purchase and is a properly documented exempt person. Id. at § 129C(u)).
