This set comes with the 5" Flex, 7" Flex, and 9" stout pro series knives and a roll-up knife bag. Each knife is made from an UltraSharp full tang German 4116 steel blade with a Teflon coating and oversized handle. This isn't your standard filet knife that goes dull on you after a couple of uses. The high quality german 4116 blade stays sharper longer so you spend less time sharpening and more time cutting.

I fillet 36 whitefish and assorted rockfish (neighbor’s and mine) one morning and the middle knife remained sharp until the last fish. How long it will stay sharp we’ll find out in the future. Knife was used fresh out of the bag and no sharpening required as others pointed out.
