  • I used my flame thrower a couple of times and now the battery seems a little swollen like it got soft. It won’t charge anymore. Did I do something wrong? It ran out and I plugged in the charger.

    We've never heard of something like that happening.  Exothermic has excellent customer service.  I would recommend giving them a call.  Their number is 772-204-0700.
