Designed to offer versatility and durability to tactical professionals, SureFire's black M623V Vampire IR/White LED Scout Light Weapon Light is outfitted with a 350-lumen output white LED and a 120mW, 860nm invisible infrared (IR) LED. This dual output capability allows its use in conventional and stealth operations, with switching from IR to visible light accomplished with a twist of its self-locking selector on the bezel. A factory-focused Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens optimizes the visible light's throw and produces a beam with a bright center, and a dimmer peripheral ring without holes or hotspots. Its regulated output is designed to maximize battery life and provide consistent beam intensity throughout the life of the battery. The M623V can be controlled by a push-button tailcap switch or by using the included SR09-D-IT waterproof remote pressure pad switch, which enables fingertip activation while in the firing position. (The DS-SR09-D-IT can also simultaneously control an ATPIAL or DBAL.) The light comes with an American Defense Manufacturing (ADM) Picatinny/Weaver quick-release throw-lever rail mount to make installation and removal quick, easy, and repeatable without tools. Its lightweight aluminum housing is anodized with a hard coat for abrasion and corrosion resistance, and gasket-sealed for weatherproof performance making this tactical accessory ready for just about any situation or condition.
