All of our mechandise, except closeout and factory seconds, is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Defective merchandise may require return to the manufacturer for evaluation and adjustment at their option. Merchandise returned for any other reason must be new and in it's original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us at 1-800-988-6288 or send an e-mail describing the problem and providing order identification information to: service@TXFowlers.com for return authorization. Returns can not be accepted without a return authorization number shown on the outside of the returned merchandise.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when making a return of merchandise for reasons other than errors on the part of Texas Fowlers or returns due to defects. This includes original shipping costs. On all authorized returns you will be credited with the cost of the item, not the shipping charge.
Merchanidise must be returned with all original tags and packaging. You must overwrap all boxes. Customers returning merchandise in damaged packaging will be charged $10.00 re-box fee.
